Efficient integration protocol, for successful exoskeleton projects

Step 1

Theoretical evaluation of relevance to the workplace.

Do you face sick leaves, occupational illnesses or MSDs challenges ? Are you looking for solutions to enhance your global prevention approach? We analyse your needs, workstations and your project, in order to theoretically validate the compatibility of our exoskeletons to your situation.

We also check that all the lights are green to organize a test in real conditions. If necessary, we help you identify the missing elements in order to move forward with your project.

Step 2

The test under real conditions of use

The exoskeleton field test is used to:
- understand exoskeletons
- know what to expect from them (or not)
- try them for real, on the workstation.

This is a crucial step, as it is highly educational for all stakeholders in the job adaptation project.

Step 3

User training

The equipment is delivered, our team comes back to train users and referees. The aim is to make them autonomous in using the new equipment: knowing when to use it, knowing how to install it, knowing how to store it, etc.

As part of our quality protocols, we have users fill out an evaluation questionnaire to verify that all the necessary concepts are understood and acquired.

Step 4

Exoskeleton integration monitoring

New habits don't happen overnight. Japet has therefore set up a one-month follow-up, to ensure that users have help in case of questions, hesitation, and need support.

This follow-up takes the form of questionnaires and telephone points at the right time. Practical tools also support users and referees throughout their use.

Work with exoskeleton integration experts who understand your the field reality

Robotics engineers, model makers, doctors in biomechanics, ergonomists, ergonomists, UX designers, UX designers, mechatronics technicians, quality managers, integration experts: the Japet team brings together all the expertise necessary to design, test, and manufacture medical exoskeletons that meet your occupational health challenges.
